USB woes resolved. . .

[GEEK MODE]
Went out to ENU and returned the enclosure. Replaced it with a really nice USB2.0/Firewire Enclosure for 49.00.  Found out that my laptop only has USB 1.1 ports.  Could purchase a USB 2.0 PCMCIA card for 19.00 or beg on my friends list to see if anyone has one they don't need. (Hint Hint)  External HD is now up and running, and am transfering my MP3 Collection to it. 48 minutes to go.

No, it didnt work because the USB 2.0 Enclosure I bought *first* was a P.O.S., the one I upgraded to also does Firewire. The Drive is a WD 160GB EIDE Drive with 8MB of Cashe, it fits into whatever enclosure or computer you put it into.
