Stupid Nero. . . first off let me say I love Nero 6 Ultra. BUT the little bit of software that access the internet to pull down track information off of CD's is buggy as all fuck apparently from the stuff I've found on the internet. If the software version displayed in the preferences does not match the internal version sent to the server via CGI commands it refuses the network connection. Supposedly is issue had been addressed by updating Nero to version 22.214.171.124 but not for me. I even tried going into the registry keys for the program and making sure the version numbers all point to 126.96.36.199 but it makes no diffrence, it still reads 6.0.0. on the preferences screen... erg I downloaded the freedb.org database to my machine and am importing it into nero, its a workaround and its annoying but it works.
Yes a power drill, it pulled my shirt off and attempted to turn it into a tourneqet
