Eh, I don't know. It would seem that hovering over those images, and seeing that they're this close to being as beautiful as their retouched counterparts is probably more damaging... that physical beauty is attainable, for some. And that no matter how pretty someone is, they can always be prettier.
Most of what he seems to do is warm up skin tone, correct lighting errors, and add make up where there was less/none before. He also removes individuality, as in this one. Adds a bit of plastic.
All that pisses me off too ... I've always wanted to model, and all it would take is to find someone who would spend enough money retouching my photos so that more people would see that, retouched, I can look ok ...
