Grr

So Last night, somehow, keith's laptop running vista home basic, managed to connect up to the wireless interwebs at the club, and then download, install, and reboot itself without any user intervention. I know it did this, because it paused in this window talking about applying updates.

In the process, however, it wiped out the playlist we'd been keeping all night, I was, less than thrilled. . .

wow, god bless MS auto-updates.

i have all but left MS behind, but as I have been doing some lite Vista testing for my job, you can definitely either:

a) kill auto-updates (best option)
b) set the system to auto-save all open apps prior to required restart after auto-update.

well that sux...
well that sux...I was looking for your playlist....cuz I wanted to know what that set you did was ...way late in the night....that centered around what I believe was a roger rotor track...it started about a couple songs before that...and went for about 5 or six songs...some really cool mc-schnizzle. ...P
